Vasuki Sunkavalli was the Andhra beauty, who represented Indian, as a contestant in the Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant. But she failed to get into the 16 finalists, in the last round and this disappointed the entire Tollywood. For the first time, the miss world pageant held on September 12, 2011 had 89 participants from the same number of countries, which was for the first time. Till the year 2010, the beauty contest only had 86 participants. The dusky beauty Vasuki sunakavalli did everything to impress the judges, but she failed to get into the final list.

All those Telugu cinema producers and heroes like prabhas, who kept their money on vasuki, were severely disappointed. Since, the contest results were based on online voting, everyone thought that atleast half the populace of India will vote for their beauty. So, when the beauty was in Vijayawada for a break in august month, she was pre-booked by producers such as Dil Raju.

But everything turned into a dream, when the final list was announced on the evening on September 12^th.

Finally, Angola beauty Leila Lopes won the Miss Universe 2011 title and the entire Tollywood was disappointed with vasuki shown the door from the miss universe winners list.

Telugu media is seen bussing with the reports on Balakrishna announcing his political motives in future. Anushka mistress to nagarjuna in the real life?

Akkineni Nagarjuna is becoming too possessive about his “good friend” aka GF Anushka and is seen churning out rivalry with others. Reports from Annapurna studios has arrived freshly and confirm that, nagarjuna manhandled “Kanchana” fame raghava Lawrence, for misbehaving with Anushka shetty. South Indian film actress Trisha Krishnan has lashed out at the print and the electronic media, for circulating false news statements about her marriage. The actress has specially mentioned the English news daily name TOI and its allied news channel, for linking her with her friend Amruth and then a Telugu film actor in Tollywood. Actress Trisha Krishnan has once again clarified, that she has no marriage plans for now and if any, she will disclose them to the whole world.

But according to a reliable news report, actress Trisha Krishnan is getting engaged in this year and will get married in mid 2012.

Nandamuri Balakrishna and actress Nayantara were seen at the audio launch of their movie “ Sri Rama Rajyam” which took place  on August 15^th,2011 in badrachalam. The audio launch was done in the school ground of Koneru Ramu School, which belongs to a well known MLA of TDP political party. Sri Rama Rajyam audio launch started from 5:30 pm and ended completely at around 10 pm, which was aired live of MAA TV and TV9. 

Actress Nayantara was the cynosure at the audio launch as she came up in a traditional purple saree with a brown blouse. Actor Akkineni Nageshwar Rao and Meka Srikanth was also seen as a guest, along with other star cast. Music maestro Ilayaraja who composed the music for the film spoke a few words on the occasion.
